Talis tests smart devices using diagnostic software to check their health. “The job requires precision and systematicity – I like to challenge myself to see how I, as an experienced person, can do such a \u2018young person’s job\u2019. I think I can!” she adds confidently.<\/p>\n\n

One thing he particularly appreciates is Foxway’s team leaders<\/strong>. \u201cI admire their poise and their ability to mentor people – they teach new employees the ropes in a way that makes them self-sufficient quickly,\u201d says Talis. <\/p>\n\n

What does flexible working allow?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n

While Talis’ day job involves much more than testing phones, he appreciates the new skills he is learning at Foxways. \u201cWill I need to be able to test smartphones in the future? Probably not.
