- have experience in software development,
- have a good grasp on CSS and its friends (LESS,SASS, etc) and creating responsive and usable websites
- have worked with Javascript frameworks
- are familiar with modern development tools
- can look at things through our workbiters eyes
- can get stuff done quickly
